1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If GuardMyMark isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. This applies to monthly and yearly plans, and once per customer.

2. Renewals

  • Monthly renewals are not refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

  • Yearly renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date, which is on your Creem receipt.

  • If we charged you by mistake (for example, twice for the same period, or after you cancelled), we refund the incorrect charge in full, whenever you notice it.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the billing section of your account, or via the link in your Creem receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't by itself trigger a refund; ask for one if you are within the windows above.

4. When we refund on our own initiative

We refund prepaid fees for the unused part of your period if:

  • we stop providing the service, or remove a core feature of your plan (Terms, sections 11 and 12);
  • a change to a connected third-party system makes a core feature permanently impossible (Terms, section 7); or
  • you cancel because you don't accept a material change to our Terms (Terms, section 18).

We don't refund if we close an account because of a serious breach of our Terms (for example abuse or fraud).

5. Product-specific rules

  • The clash check is free. There is nothing to refund, and it needs no account.
  • The Founding plan is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it is fully refundable until 10 May 2027 — the day GuardMyMark launches. Ask any time before then and we refund all of it, no reason needed. After that date the 14-day guarantee in section 1 has long passed, so it is not refundable.
  • We do not refund for the thing a watch cannot promise. A missed filing, a date an office later changed, or a filing we scored lower than you would have is not a refundable fault — it is the limit of what a similarity watch is, and the Terms (sections 13, 14 and 20.4) say so. If our ingest was down long enough that your plan was not delivered, that is section 4 above and we refund the unused part.
  • Paused watches are not credited. Pausing a watch frees a slot on your plan; it does not reduce the price.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email support@guardmymark.com from your account email with your Creem order number (it's on your receipt). Our orders are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so the refund is issued by Creem to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Sales tax or VAT is refunded with the payment.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country that can't be excluded. GuardMyMark is sold to businesses, but if you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country that gives a statutory right of withdrawal, you keep that right; the 14-day guarantee above is designed to cover it. Creem's refund policy and buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
