Support
Email support@guardmymark.com. A person reads every message — the same person who wrote the software. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal.
If you are writing about a specific filing, include the application number. It is the fastest way to get a precise answer.
What email can answer
- Something in the product is wrong, slow, or not doing what the page said it would.
- A filing reached you that should not have, or one you expected did not. That feedback changes the scoring, so it is worth sending.
- A closing date looks wrong against the register. Send the application number and we will check it against the record.
- Billing, invoices, refunds, cancelling, or changing plan.
- Getting your data out, or having your account and its data deleted.
What it cannot
GuardMyMark is software, not a law firm, and nothing it sends is legal advice. These are questions for a trademark attorney, and we will say so rather than guess:
- Whether a filing infringes your mark.
- Whether you should oppose one, or how to.
- What a mark covers, what to file, or anything that would amount to legal advice.
Every notice ends at “forward this to your attorney” for the same reason. The disclaimer sets it out in full.
Things you can do without asking
Cancel, change plan or find an invoice from the billing page inside your account — payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record, so invoices and sales tax come from them. Export everything stored about your account as JSON, or delete the account and its data, from the account page. The privacy notice lists exactly what is held and for how long.
