What runs today. The plans name the US register because that is the ingest that runs. The EU (EUIPO) and WIPO ingests are written and waiting on office access, and arrive on the plan you are already on at no extra cost. Checked 2026-10-02.

Why monthly, when a watch feed costs $39 a year. Because those are unfiltered: a saved query returning everything it matched. What you pay for here is the scoring, the threshold you set yourself, the closing date at the top of the email and the pack your attorney can act on. If a raw feed of everything is what you want, those services are better value than we are.

Prices in USD and exclude sales tax or VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We are not a law firm and nothing we send is legal advice. Terms · Refund Policy · Disclaimer

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you tell me whether to object to a filing?

No, and we never will. We are not a law firm and nothing here is legal advice. A notice gives you the filing, how similar it scored, the signals behind that score, and the day the window closes. Whether to act, and how, is for you and your attorney — every notice ends there.

Which registers do you read today?

The US register (USPTO), every day. The EU (EUIPO) and WIPO ingests are written and tested and are waiting on office access; when they go live they are included in the plan you are already on, at the same price. We would rather ship a US watch that works than promise three registers that do not.

A watch service costs $39 a year. Why is this $29 a month?

Because the cheap ones are unfiltered feeds: a saved query, returning everything it matched, for you to sort out. We score every filing on phonetics, spelling, shared words and class overlap, filter to the threshold you set, lead with the closing date, and attach a pack your attorney can act on. If you want a raw feed of everything, those services are genuinely better value than we are.

Will it bury me in marks that have nothing to do with mine?

That is the way this kind of product dies, so it is the thing we measure. On our own hand-labelled set of 111 mark pairs the false-positive rate is 5.6% at the default sensitivity, the set is re-run on every change to the scorer, each watch has its own sensitivity slider, and “not relevant” on a filing is recorded and fed back into that set.

What actually arrives in the email?

The soonest closing window first, then each filing with its mark text, applicant, classes, score and the points each signal contributed, then a PDF per filing and a link to the same thing on the web. Then one sentence telling you to forward it to your attorney. Nothing new above your threshold means no email that week.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The free clash check takes your mark and its Nice classes, compares it against the filings published in the last 90 days, and gives you a report at its own address that you can send to anyone. No signup, no card.

I run a small IP practice. Can I put my own name on it?

That is what the Agency plan is for: 25 marks, separate workspaces per client, three seats, CSV and API export, and evidence packs carrying your branding instead of ours. The multi-client workspace and white-label work is the last thing being finished before launch.

Can I cancel?

Monthly, from your billing page, whenever you like. Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record, so invoices and sales tax come from them. The founding offer is refundable in full until the public launch.
